What We Do and Do Well

Arrival of your films:

When your 8mm, Super8mm or 16mm films arrive, you will be notified via e-mail or phone (your preference). Great care is taken with your priceless Memories to transfer to DVD to enjoy for years

  1. Your film is examined as well as cleaned and lubricated which removes small scratches Prior to the transfer process in order to prevent breakage and remove accumulated dirt and debris. Each frame is captured separately to give you the best playback possible.
  2. Any broken film is repaired.  Extra leader is put on the film, if needed, at no extra cost to you.

COLOR CORRECTION: After your films are loaded into the computer, care is taken to color correct all footage to as close as possible to original quality. Keep in mind that if the film was overexposed at the time it was shot, there is little to work with for color correction.

When the DVD is returned to digital montage films, we incorporate your corrections and add background music.  All background music used is owned by digital montage films. We have an extensive library of music purchased specifically to enhance your films. The films are now ready for Authoring to DVD

All your 35mm slides are scanned in and color corrected. Slides are cleaned of minor scratches dust removed. They can be added as a separate montage with a music background at the beginning or end of your movie.

Minor restoration, color correction for photos. Take your most precious pictures out of the shoe box.  Old photo treasures come back to life after they are color corrected and placed into a montage with background music.
